Laboratory and Clinical Reports
These documents include Rife’s laboratory reports of frequency emissions he found effective against pathogens, as well as other lab notebooks and clinical reports. The documents are listed in date order.
Please scroll down the page for the clinical reports.
Laboratory reports
Laboratory records of pathogens & frequencies, late 1920s-1932
These files of Rife’s earliest (higher frequency) laboratory records are available in two versions: 1) alphabetical; and 2) numerical by notebook page number. In these records the “Mortal Oscillatory Rates” (“MOR” radio range frequencies) were recorded. A transcriptional chart summarizes the information in the records, and gives modern organism names with associated diseases.
Alphabetical Numerical Summary chart
Rife-Humber microscope work, October 1932
A report written by Dr. John Humber from the Coffey-Humber Clinic in San Francisco, describing Rife’s microscopic examination of crystalline chemicals.
4 documents on cancer virus & tumors, 1933-1934
These documents are from the same Rife notebook containing his early frequency records from the late 1920s-1932.

“Ledger” laboratory notebooks, 1934 and 1936
These are laboratory notes that were recorded in “ledger” books by Rife’s assistants. The notes are incomplete. One set is from July-August 1934, the second set is from March & June 1936.

#4 ray device frequency charts, 1935
These charts show frequencies, dial settings, and band ranges used on the #4 plasma ray frequency device.

Lab experiments, August-November 1935
A group of laboratory notes from August-November 1935 experiments (previously called “binder” notes at rife.org) have been carefully studied and resorted according to subject matter. We present here seven sets of notes.

Chemicals used for microscope photographs, February 1936
This document lists chemicals used in the Rife laboratory for processing microphotographs.

Rife article - description of darkfield microscopic work, undated; probably late 1930s
Rife darkfield microscope work
Gables Laboratory (U.K.) experiment reports, February-March 1939
In early 1939, Rife’s assistant Henry Siner worked at the laboratory of Dr. Bertram Gonin near London, England (the “Gables Lab”), to help train them on the use of the Rife microscope and a plasma frequency device. While this Siner document is incomplete, it gives interesting information about culturing of organisms and testing of same.
Rife - Research summary chart of bacteria and virus characteristics, 1953
This chart summarizes all information in the late 1920s - early 1930s laboratory pathogen reports. Information provided by Royal Rife, compiled by John Crane.

Rife article - “Presenting a Brief History of the Evolution of the Microscope”, Aerohrcrafter magazine, January 1954
This document is a transcription of an article written by Rife for the Aerohrcrafter magazine, a publication of Rohr Aircraft Corporation. It includes a brief history of microscopy, and details about Rife’s #3 universal microscope. While we have not found an original copy of the magazine article, an image of the front cover is available, which is included here. This transcription may contain some minor errors; the transcriber is unknown.

Clinical Reports
Dr. Robert Stafford - therapy chart - October 1957
A chart of ray device treatment protocols on patients of Dr. Robert Stafford. Compiled by John Marsh.
Dr. Robert Stafford - treatment report, April 1963
In April 1963, Dr. Robert Stafford released a summary of the treatments he performed with the AZ-58 plasma ray device on animals and humans, from 1957-1963. Here we offer the original document, as well as a transcription.
